Currently, we are looking for dynamic dedicative persons to join our fast growing office in Xintiandi, who will play an important roll in the following architect positions:

These architect positions provide opportunities to participate in all project phases to deliver quality design and drawings, and to support or manage entire project team. You will participate in a collaborative work environment to develop strong design concepts and schematics; develop 3-D modeling and drawings.

• Senior Architect

-Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture
-Good command both in Chinese and English.
-Min.8 years experience with outstanding design flair
-Min. 3~5 years experience in project management
-Good knowledge in planning and building codes. Registered Architect is a plus.
-Good knowledge in interior space planning and local interior decorating materials.
-Independent working experience in all phases of design, from preliminary concept design to final drawings and construction.
-Creative design and freehand drawing skill.
-Good command in AutoCAD R14 or 2000, 3Drendering and Adobe Photoshop.
-Experience in leading design in team environment, and in client interaction.
-Experience in class-A Design Institute, or international design/engineering companies is preferable.
-Overseas education and work experience is a plus
-Prospective candidate should submit samples of design work for qualification.

• Architect

-Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture
-Good command both in Chinese and English.
-Min.2-3 years experience with outstanding design flair
-Good knowledge in interior space planning and local interior decorating materials.

-Creative design and freehand drawing skill.

-Good command in sketch-up model skill.
-Experience in leading design in team environment, and in client interaction.

• Draftsman / Architectural Technician

-Bachelor Degree in Architecture or related subjects
-Min.2-3 years experience in drafting
-Good command in AutoCAD R14 or 2000, 3D rendering and Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, etc.
-Excellent technical abilities at detail building drawings, drawing development and compiling
-Experience in modeling preferable.
-Be able to work under intense schedules
